lunar new year, in the year of dragon.... maybe this time, all the bosses, or someone who own the company, or the the decisiom maker of the company... able to do this... able to come down, work side by side with their frontliners... just to understand their problems and their need...
come on... leave your plush seat... work with them and not just "counting performance and profit"
